CRITICAL NOTICE: SECURITY TOOLS USAGE

7AZZANI provides powerful security and network analysis tools. By using these tools, you strictly agree to use them ONLY on systems/domains you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized scanning or testing is illegal and prohibited. We log all activities and cooperate fully with law enforcement agents.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 7AZZANI, creating an account, or using our APIs/tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

2 Authorized Use & Prohibitions

You agree to use our services solely for lawful, educational, and authorized testing purposes. You strictly prohibit yourself from:

  • Scanning government, military, or educational institutions without authorization.
  • Using our tools to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or disrupt services.
  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities found by our scanners.
  • Reselling our tools or API access without a partnership agreement.
  • Using the service for phishing, spamming, or distributing malware.

3 Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Read Carefully:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". 7AZZANI DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Any damage to your systems or target systems caused by our scanners/tools.
  • False positives or missed vulnerabilities in scan reports.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
  • Any legal consequences resulting from your use of our tools.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE TOOLS.

4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7AZZANI, its owners, developers, and affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
  • Any unauthorized scanning or illegal activity conducted by your account.

5 Monitoring & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor all scan activity and API usage for compliance.
  • Report suspicious/illegal activity to relevant authorities (ISPs, CERTs, Law Enforcement).
  • Suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice for violations.
